Portal guide

How the private portal for clients and tenants works.

The private portal is designed to make rental information more accessible and to keep requests from depending on email chains or calls without context.

What you can review

  • Rental invoices and due dates
  • Active notices and portal communications
  • Open incidents and their follow-up
  • Profile data and context linked to access

What each section is for

  • Home summarizes the most important items and shows quick actions.
  • Invoices lets you review amounts, statuses and copies.
  • Incidents lets you open new requests and follow existing ones.
  • Notices gathers communications that may require reading or confirmation.

How to make better use of self-service

  • Check the home dashboard first to spot pending items.
  • Review notices before opening an incident if the matter may already be communicated.
  • Use the portal to keep context next to each contract or asset.

Quick access as an app

  • The option to save the portal as an app no longer appears on the public home page so it does not distract before it is needed.
  • It now appears on the portal access screen and inside the private area, where it really helps speed up entry.
  • If the browser allows installation, you will see the action to add quick access.
  • On iPhone or iPad, help is shown to add the portal to the home screen.
  • If you are already using the portal as an app, the suggestion stops appearing.
